Casa San José

Biography

Moises is originally from the Dominican Republic and moved to Pittsburgh in 2015. Ever since joining a youth group at Brashear High School, Moises has been a part of the Casa San José family. Moises was
drawn to Casa because of its advocacy work, and he wants to give back to the community by advocating for and mentoring youth throughout Pittsburgh. After attending LaRoche University for Exercise and
Sports Science, Moises became a youth specialist at Casa San José, working to provide students and young people with resources, mentorship, and support. In his free time he enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with his friends and family.
